MULT is a simple quad 1 to 3 multiple that can be built as passive or buffered. Each part is optionally normalized to the next one, so without inserting a jack in the first out of four jacks it can output the signal 12 times (though this is only recommended if it's built in the buffered configuration).
If it's built as passive, the module doesn't draw current.
